Marie Curie Graduate School on Vehicle Mechatronics and Dynamics (Feb 4-8,'13)

The 2013 Leuven Marie Curie Graduate School on Vehicle Mechatronics and Dynamics brings together expert lecturers from five running Marie Curie Actions (ITN GRESIMO, EID eLiQuiD, IRSES SUPERPANELS, IAPP TIRE-DYN and IAPP INTERACTIVE) and a Cost Action (TU1105) in the fields of vehicle NVH, Dynamics and Control. The Graduate School provides technical training for both Early Stage and Experienced Researchers and creates a platform for networking and knowledge exchange.

Tuesday, Feb. 5 (starting at 12h00):

Wednesday, Feb. 6:
NVH Lecture 1: Vibro-acoustic modelling of plates and shells (Sergio De Rosa, Napels University, Italy)
NVH Lecture 2: Signal processing techniques in automotive NVH (Jerome Antoni, INSA-Lyon, France)
NVH Lecture 3: Transfer path analysis (Karl Janssens, LMS International, Belgium)
NVH Lecture 4: Vibro-acoustic testing of lightweight structures (Wim Desmet, KU Leuven, Belgium)

Thursday, Feb. 7:
NVH Lecture 5: Powertrain induced NVH (Stephanos Theodossiades, Loughborough University, UK)
NVH Lecture 6: Vehicle synthesis requirements and validation (Laurent Gagliardini, PSA , France)
Dynamics Lecture 1: Vehicle concept modelling methodologies and representative case-studies (Domenico Mundo, University of Calabria, Italy)
Dynamics Lecture 2: Physics-based modelling of vibration isolation devices for automotive applications (Gianluca Gatti, University of Calabria, Italy)
